We suggest that you first reboot your mobile device, to re-establish an Internet connection.

To delete the app from your device:

  • Tap and hold the Storm Shield app icon until it wiggles
  • Then tap the "X" that appears on the icon; the app icon should disappear.

After deleting the app, power off your device and reboot it. 

Then go back to the Apple App Store and search for "Storm Shield", re-download the app, and install it again (there will be no charge for this.)
