A ScreenShot of the actual settings in use, or view displayed, can be very valuable when troubleshooting.
The instructions for taking a ScreenShot with an Apple (iOS) device are the same for the iPhone and the iPad.
Scroll through the screens until you find the one you need a copy of.
You should then hear a shutter-sound.
The screenshot will be saved in the Camera-Roll images location, named as "IMG_#######" (latest image#).
Simply attach the screenshot to the email or ticket you send to the Support team.
