Below are step by step instructions for checking your in-app purchase within the app (it will take you to iTunes).
Tap on 'Manage Subscriptions' or 'Restore Subscriptions' depending on what you need.
Tap on 'Open' in iTunes Store
Tap on arrow out to right of Storm Shield
Notice your expiration date.
If you want to cancel you can tap at the bottom
To check to be sure your in-app subscription of 'Future Weather' is working, please be sure to tap on 'Future'. When future is active, the color will change from black to orange (orange is active). After it's active, tap on the 'play' icon.
Below is a screen shot of the 'Future Radar' in motion. Notice the time difference between the screen shot above and below. One above says 1pm and one below says 3pm. (Time that this was taken was 1pm).
If you uninstalled the app and reinstalled it or got a new device and you had purchased/subscribed to an in-app purchase, you would want to go into your settings and instead of tapping on 'Manage Subscriptions', you would want to tap on 'Restore Subscriptions'. This would restore any previous in-app subscriptions as long as they are still active.
Please note that if you subscribed to the free trial back in January when we initially released the app, that free trial has now expired, so that would explain why future is not working and why you would not see any active subscriptions. At this point you would need to re-subscribe.
