iOS: I Purchased A Subscription But Cannot Access It

If you are having trouble accessing the in-app subscription that you purchased, please try the steps below for us.  If you continue to experience any issues please contact our Support Team through the app by tapping the app Settings > Support > Contact.


1) Uninstall the App

2) Restart your device

3) Reinstall the app while on a strong wifi connection

4) Once reinstalled, go to the app Settings and select Restore Subscriptions




*Please note: The subscription will only be available under the Apple ID in which it was purchased.
