My subscription is not recognized. What should I do?

If you are having trouble accessing the in-app subscription that you purchased, please try the steps below.

 

1) Uninstall the App

2) Restart your device and make sure you're logged into the same Apple ID/Google Play Store account used to subscribe

3) Reinstall the app while on a strong wifi connection

4) Once reinstalled, go to the app Settings and select Restore Subscriptions

 

 

 

*Please note: The subscription will only be available under the Apple ID/Google Play account in which it was purchased.
